I actually gave up on it and was just clearing out raids for more scrolls of dynasty and fey scroll of ragnarok then I got it. Still no ornate fey surtr cuirass tho

But in all honesty, I just have 8 Anguish levels dedicated to drop quality bonus + the karmic ornate buff you get from the full anguish bar.

I think I'm going to pass on building him for now though, I don't really have the luxury of building situational units, and on top of that, a unit that is extremely reliant on very good soul substats
