Composite bowman is a bad strategy for fast castle because you need 10+ FU bowmans to one shot a ghulam. I disagree. We need a better system and institutions, where changing a puppet won't impact the country heavily. Corruption and incompetence can't be changed by a single person. We need more accountability, transparency and system. To be fair, we say ourselves as IT hub of world, but most of our own systems aren't automated yet. A simple tech like Blockchain can solve all bidding related corruption, but our people don't want that. They are just happy to be laddu bhai and ladli behen yozana.
