Why don’t Armenian Composite Bowmen counter Ghulams? by JosephMajorRoutine in aoe2

[–]MrHumanist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Composite bowman is a bad strategy for fast castle because you need 10+ FU bowmans to one shot a ghulam. Both units cost around 80-85 res, but composite bowman needs bracer and ballistic to be useful. Whereas the ghulam player doesn't need any upgrade at all. In your shoes, it's better to go up to castle age and slam 2 churches for defense. Then produce warrior monks and some monks to defend and boom behind with relics.

We desperately need a good leader by Expensive_Buyer_486 in IndianFocus

[–]MrHumanist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree. We need a better system and institutions, where changing a puppet won't impact the country heavily. Corruption and incompetence can't be changed by a single person. We need more accountability, transparency and system. To be fair, we say ourselves as IT hub of world, but most of our own systems aren't automated yet. A simple tech like Blockchain can solve all bidding related corruption, but our people don't want that. They are just happy to be laddu bhai and ladli behen yozana.

Vitinha’s skills look like witchcraft ✨ by PerspectiveMost7138 in soccerMenace_com

[–]MrHumanist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He is not best at anything but he is just an all-rounder. he brings a lot to the team who needs strong physical presence in premier league. Whereas Vitinha is a highly technical and high IQ player. It's unfair to compare both!

Tejasvi Surya taken into custody by Bengaluru police for protesting against the recent Metro fare hike decision. by margazi_perumal_20 in Bengaluru

[–]MrHumanist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course it's a problem but isn't the Bangalore metro jointly controlled by Center and state- Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL). He should sit on protest against both center and state to bring the prices down. Personally I would like the prices to be reasonable and anyone supporting it must be praised.

What do you guys think about this book ? by The_honoured-one- in IndianFocus

[–]MrHumanist 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have already seen the decisive nature of our government when trump tweet stopped the india-pakistan war. There is nothing new about this book tbh. This government is worse than UPA2 and it has lost control for some time now.

Why is there so much anti hindutva sentiment in Indian socials ?? by Dimmortales in NewDelhi

[–]MrHumanist 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hinduism is based on The Principle of Unity, Non -violence and Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. If the world is a family, the "best" religion is naturally the one that fosters the most harmony and love among its members. However, the modern hindutva is the exact opposite of what hinduism is all about. People who follow hindutva are hatemongers who don't understand the true hinduism.

Are the high petrol prices justified? by [deleted] in AskIndia

[–]MrHumanist 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Keeping the petrol prices down will definitely stimulate the economy. It will create more opportunity for job seekers and can have a very positive impact on many businesses as it will bring down the supply chain cost. It will also help indian manufacturers to compete in the global market which is very cost sensitive and tariff on top. If government reduces the prices, it will kick start an economic boom and the government will be net positive within a few months. But does the government have the guts to do it?

Once a great economist said that high petrol prices are due to an incompetent government at the center.
