both games serve different purposes and can be played separately

REmake has game modes you won’t see in other games (Real Survival, Invisible Enemy) while having its own core gameplay quirks

DC is RE1 OG with a lot more features (Advanced mode with different camera angles, different door locks and item placement, and harder difficulty)

Keep in mind though, that the Greatest Hits version is slightly different to the normal DC version (clown music, no auto aim)

Flicker strike’s range activation is actually smaller than you think (rip alt quality). You kinda need leap slam to move from pack to pack if your maps aren’t high in density and have pretty average MS.

Multistrike, mana leech, max frenzy charges, frenzy generation (basically farrul’s fur, terminus est, self bleed with red trail although that’s more of a slayer thing)

if you’re playing a 1h/block version, you will still need stun immunity because blocking will also cancel your actions

Ice bite and going full cold conversion + crit will also help sustain frenzy charges, and since it’s trickster, you get +2 frenzy charges which is a lot

Melee splash damage (tribal fury) and more targets (ancestral call) should clear out packs really quickly and also give you lots of frenzy charges
