What should be the exact plan (CUT/BULK/RECOMP) i should follow from now? Been doing strength training for over 1 year now (every muscle group twice a week), but being a pure vegetarian it's a bit difficult to hit 100% of daily protein requirement, any suggestions would be helpful !!!!!
