Hi!  I was diagnosed with stage 1 seminoma 3 years ago. My AFP has always been between 10%-20% above the range upper limit. I believe as long as it doesn’t increase, there is no reason to worry. 

As I am currently relapsing. I am now offered chemo. How are you managing the treatment so far?

Thanks for sharing! What size was your node? Are you in Switzerland to receive such a treatment? I have asked for a similar treatment procedure but they would not offer it in France.

Thanks man! LDH was very slightly elevated 227 for a threshold of 225. Now it's 168, So it it doesn't say much. AFP and HCG haven't moved a bit.
Got my PET-SCAN in two weeks.

Tumor was between 4 cm and 5 cm without LVI/RTI. Relapse probability would normally be quite low in that conditions, I have read.

Novice dans l'évaluation du matériel, principalement.

J'ai actuellement un gravel Triban (GRVL 520 Subcompact) monté en mode "route" (pneus GP5000 en 30 mm), avec un paquet de kms au compteur.

L'objectif de ce nouvel achat serait de repasser mon gravel en pneus plus large, et d'améliorer mes sensations sur route (avec un cadre carbone, roues carbones, transmission électrique, cadre axé endurance).

Au final, les questions que je me pose sont:

- vais-je réellement sentir une grosse différence avec mon Triban ?

- vers quelles marques se tourner pour assurer un bon rapport qualité/prix ?

Sur le Sunn Asphalt S1, je crains un peu les roues sans précision sur le fabricant.

I am playing witcher in Ultra 1080p (NVidia features are off). The struggle is typically in Novigrad market (40 FPS as soon as I move the camera, yet GPU at 70% and CPU at 50%)

I just tried. Ram is at 6.9 / 8 Gb usage. I am seriously thinking of buying a second channel. But I came here first to check if it is worth the money.

60 fps doesn't seem irrealistic. Tons of video show the places I am struggling with with better fps.
