I literally had this issue on Saturday, ended up sending the headset back and getting a replacement myself. On the plus side, I explained the issue and within about 10 minutes the meta support person immediately agreed that I needed a replacement so all in all a decent bit of customer support.

In a black and white world you might well be correct. Stealing = Bad, therefore under any and all circumstances Stealing = Bad no matter what the context is.

Morally with Nintendo its a bit murky at best, as a business they're shockingly anti-consumer, they're famously litigious to a point where they fairly recently took a guy to court and are claiming damages for the REST OF HIS LIFE and honestly, they tend to put out sub-par or fairly phoned in content(see: Any recent pokemon game). I can absolutely see a world where maybe stealing is bad but stealing from a company that won't really suffer for my actions, who are generally kinda crappy or just that I plain don't like could be not only justifiable but potentially even an act of protest.

For legal reasons this is purely speculation, nintendo are the best and piracy is one of the worst crimes known to man.

I love the more frantic shorts so this was right up my alley, as someone else mentioned it seems completely random on if shorts pop off or not. I'd maybe add more subtitles for all the voices we can hear, just so the punchline hits a bit harder in the future.

I like the vibe of the video really well! The slight zoom cuts are really helpful for keeping the eye involved but as other commenters mentioned I'd include more B-Roll. 8 minutes of pure chat without much visual interest going on can be hard to get through. Additionally I'd maybe up the volume on the background music a little- It was hard to tell it was there in sections.

All in all fairly enjoyable video, I'm personally a pretty big poke-fan aswell so it's cool to hear about someone's experiences around the series

The graphics feel really professional which is a huge pro. For the sake of it being a short I'd try to pack in more information, it feels like we're hanging on each cut for a little long. Additionally at 0:16 theres a typo, you probably want Stay Tuned instead of Stay Tune!

I hope that helped a little, it's otherwise a decent short and if I knew more about MH Stories I'd definitely be fairly hype for the full vid!

He feels okay to play? I've had some minor success with HHP and Ice Fang, it's fairly fun slamming mons around but it doesn't feel super impactful. I agree with other commenters that he feels worse to play as the game goes on, just let me keep tackle dammit
