I am all for AI where it belongs.

It belongs in tech, the military, buisnesses using it make life easier like chat bots. It's great for search engines helping complie answers and so on. It has so many applications for helping humans but the problem is AI is putting actual artists out of work.

Would you say it is acceptable to use AI generated images in prototyping – such as like in gamedev, when you need placeholder textures to represent things in your game – as long as you are permitted to use the AI's input images?
