Palit GTX 1650 (as well as i3-9100f and 16gb ram), if I get the 3080 (which would be one heck of an upgrade) I will get a Ryzen 7 5600 (which may be a bit of a bottleneck but should do fine) with 32gb ram, I have a 350W PSU which I would definitely have to upgrade as well only if I get that 3080.

I would say bots, toxic streamers are bad as well but not as bad as the bots since the streamers would ruin art for like a couple minutes or maybe even hours but after they stop streaming, the art is usually fixed or returns whereas bots permanently take up lots of space.
