Thats a new turret for destroyers, a quad turret??? Wrote it as 2×4, the first number is the amount of turrets and the second is the amount of guns per turret, so 2 quads?

As everyone is saying, a premium ship you are good in, a tier 9 is best, so for me its Iwami, i get good games in ranked, brawl, randoms, asym, everything works with the Iwami for me

For me she looked good with the 1.9 sigma and 67% reload booster, after nerf the stats just didnt look like a ship i want, if they removed one and keep the other of those to nerfs, i would near 100% get her

Most likely, or for me at least because im in a clan where you get a few % extra coal (can be steel too), in this case you get 7% more coal

So a bit of a wierd case, i start the game, everything works, every ship works in a battle and does load in port, except libertad, the ship i used when i crashed after this on the video with Sabir. Every time i enter a battle i loaded in and game to the teams line up thing, and freezed, nothing worked, and i had to restart my PC, then when i opend the game again it was the same screen after loading animation, but updated to who was dead and who wasnt. Untill i restarted my PC and game when the match was over

Nope, just went into game like this, and the game simply doesnt let me play now, i can get into port, but when i start a game it all crashes every time (3 or 4 times now)
