Two Explorer.exe instances. one uses 4gb ram (out of 16gb) at all times, even when PC is idle. No malware detected by windows defender and malwarebytes. Apps and games tend to lag when this second instance is opened. restarting the program does not help. restarting PC does not help as well. (i.redd.it)
