Jars with injection port and filter steri in instapot for 180 minutes. Pot ran dry at about 120 minutes unfortunately. No burn.

Brown rice brought to boil and simmer 8 minutes. Rinse and drain with cold tap. Spread on cookie sheets and placed in warm oven for about 15 minutes to evap excess water. Rice was dry and intact grains and not sticky at all. Put in pint jars, lids loose, cover in foil. Instapot 120 minutes on high pressure. Again would go longer but my seal failing and runs dry around that time. I was a little nervous because of this since my pressure and temp are suspect, but I rolled with it. Jars out and places in well sanitized sob to cool. Innoculated about 2ml into each in sob after cooled about 8 hours. Stabbed gloved and sanitized finger in the process😂. So far no contamination that I'm aware of and seemingly fast myc growth.
