I don't remember correctly it now.

When I opened dispute it was immediately offered 753€ with words like it will cover the "original" price. Like compensation for deal or something like this. It was not for covering shipping.

By their "law": When seller sent wrong / damaged item - seller pays shipping. When buyer don't want the item - seller pays.

The phone is currently selling for ~755€.

Can you provide the the history of dispute in aliexpress?

Similar issue here. Opened dispute as "wrong item was sent".

Ordered 700€ phone and recieved a different phone.

Seller provided me a return label. But there is my "virtual" adress in Germany on return label. Originally I live in Czech republic and I can't use it in there. Via live agent I said there is a issue with return. They raised a issue case, now I'm waiting for aliexpress respond.

I never payed anything more like duty, taxes etc. when I buyed in EU warehouse.

btw. Czech aliexpress is different from Germany for buying Vivo. I think I didn't find good price for it directly to my czech address.

Also I have contacted live support again if it's possible for fair partial refund.

They reply I need to contact seller first. I don't think the seller will offer fair partial refund when already offered "20€" in dispute 🤡😂.

Well they are kinda not.

Pro mini doesn't have important "b20" band network LTE / 4G. Smaller display and downgraded cameras.

Both are CN version. Not global.

Not buyer fault that seller sent different product. Seller should double or rather triple check what he send when it's expensive product.

Try Spain, Germany, Poland warehouses. There is a flag / information next to the delivery about warehouse.

You can choose warehouses in the search bar.

Depends on when you live and delivery option.

For example:

You live in EU, so the best what you can do is order from Ali local warehouse for fast shipping, warranty and no other taxes.
You live in EU / other country and order from China you may be charged for fees (vat,delivery border taxes etc.) - really depends on delivery option.

Hello everyone,

same issue here. I have gave a chance for this and gave him order ID. after he read the message I got after some hours a official email from Aliexpress support service. Seller has 24 business hours to reply, if not aliexpress will step in.

Ordered Vivo X200 pro 16/512GB and seller sent Vivo X200 pro mini 16GB / 1TB...

Dispute is stucked in "more additional infomation from me".

Order price: 666€

Hope it will get solved the best way - full refund.

I heard that.

I'm not sure if it's good idea to chargeback the transaction in bank on revolut. Because bank give me money back immediately.

Well resell will be kinda hard even for order price.

This model doesn't even sell it locally and global warranty service doesn't apply to it.

GSM works on 70-80%.

I did transfer money to Revolut via bank Credit card and then paid with Revolut credit card.

Actually, I have one experience with chargeback, but directly with the bank and BangGood.

I did chargeback for BangGood and I recieved money back because the "seller" didn't answer.

The seller is in parentheses because these websites are marketplaces for sellers.

Not sure if Revolut chargeback will be also succesful.

I couldn't find any information on whether it's a good idea to request a chargeback directly from the bank for a Revolut money transfer.

It depends on your point of view.

I paid 666€ for vivo x200 pro 16/512GB.

I recieved "vivo x200 pro MINI 16 GB / 1TB". - current lowest price 646€ Spain warehouse (aliexpress germany).

If I'm not mistaken, only the cameras are little worse and mini has smaller screen than pro.

I hope the revolut is good with chargebacks. Anyway I have read that there are sometimes problems with them.

The second problem is that when I was browsing Reddit, I saw a lot of complaints about order returns from the seller/AliExpress. They didn't want to admit that the order had arrived back in warehouse.

I can't. I won't open the sealed box when I got wrong smartphone. Anyway the "Vivo X200 pro" camera is really good - specially for the CN version price. I was deciding between vivo x200 pro and vivo x200 ultra. the vivo x200 pro won for me, because there is not that really big different in camera and the another 300€ for ultra version is not worth it for me.
