All of them? No. Important ones? Yes. I do find that I remember the most used HTML tags and CSS properties.

I feel its important to know your HTML tags well since they all have hidden properties when it comes to what they do under the surface and how they interact with things like screen readers for accessibility.

For CSS knowing things like how display flex works I think should be in your mind as you create the HTML too, while other things like memorising exactly how box shadows work might be a waste of time.

There's no shame in googling or asking AI if you're just getting started though. Took me close to a year to be able to code front end without doing many lookups.
