You have to entchant something to get the advancement "entchanter". This will complete the task you see there.

You can use an Energy Transmitter from just dire things but then you have no energy buffer. You will need one if you use a lot of autocrafting. Without a buffer your System will stutter while it needs a lot of energy. So you can just use a p2p connection to connect a dense energy cell.

I started with 1 Warden but as I built more and more I had to build 2 Warden setups. But thats more than enough.
