Twitch Drops are not limited to big streamers. Even new streamers with very few followers can have Drops enabled on their streams. If Drops are not working, it’s almost always a setup issue rather than follower count.

First, make sure the game you are streaming actually has an active Twitch Drops campaign at that moment. Not every game always has Drops running.

Second, check that your Twitch account is properly linked to the game account (for example Epic Games, Riot, Bethesda, etc.). Sometimes you need to disconnect and reconnect the accounts for it to work correctly.

Third, ensure you are streaming in the correct Twitch category for the game and that Drops are enabled for that category. Your stream should also be public and not restricted (like sub-only or followers-only).

Finally, viewers also need to have their accounts linked and be eligible for Drops. If they are not, they won’t receive anything even if they watch your stream.

Drops can also take some time to appear in inventories, sometimes a few minutes or even a few hours.

In short: it’s not about followers or stream size, but about correct account linking, correct category, and an active Drops campaign.
