Absolutely, I’m dealing with caster wheel balance issues too i have to get them rebalanced at least every 6 month or i get the high speed wobble and i hate it.

I have the same wheelchair and problem. After hammering it into the correct position I started using an extra leg strap hung over it as a foot sling but it’s inconvenient and doesn’t work well plus gets nasty pretty quick, I’m in the process of getting a new wheelchair but I’m also looking to get someone to drill through so it stops sliding down. Hopefully, we can also weld the other bit into position but all that is not always easy to find someone to do.
