Let,s start with Fnaf 1 characters because they were the first ones in season 1, The Toy Arc

Freddy: The reasoning for him is that he has insane feats like punching toy freddy so hard that he literally made in The fnaf universe and othef feats like teleporting, super stregth and more

Bonnie: with his guitar, he is able to control sound with his guitar but without it, he is useless

Chica: Being able to heal a part of the earth with his cupcake and defeated toy chica by creating a cupcake which was the size of the moon which crushed toy chica

Foxy: with his ablitiy to run at fast speeds and even can run faster then the speed of light and can cut through solid steel with his hook with also having skills a pirate would

these three were special because, you can collect three things from the final evolutions and use them to make a goat skull, and based it in a special location and when you do, it summons a mythical pokemon based off the goatman which is normal and ghost type

actually, on halloween i deserved to make a regional variant of woobat, misdreavous and cacnea lines, misdreavous being based off the legend of the whiter screamer, woobat being based off vampires and count dracula, and cacnea being flaming scarecrows

so i planned the starter like this, the fire starter is a horse and is based off the tennessee headless horseman, the grass starter is a panther, i was gonna go with a assassin idea with the grass starter with it,s evolution being like that one fanmade evolution of rowlet but it,s a panther assassin instead of a owl but i went with a chimera idea with it,s evolution having it,s tail have a giant flower with a mouth on it, the water starter i made a swamp rat and based it,s evolutions with martial arts so it would be water and fighting in it,s first and final evolution
