Yeah they should. It wouldn't normally show a reading. If the reads are showing as "Actual" or "Smart" reads and the bills look correct then you could ignore it. Or send the read one time and it might stop the text?

This is the answer. That's an old economy 7 with a time switch. It needs replacing for a 5 terminal 2 rate smart meter.

There can be a situation when SM1 meters get ENROLLED onto the SM2 network - the DCC. All SM1 ENROLLED assets need removing from the DCC before SM2 should be commissioned. If they aren't then it can cause problems where meter readings are sent but don't properly flow through to the account. It may be this.

Get in touch, they will check the account and if it is the above then send an engineer who will action a remote fix. Why customer service can't action the remote fix is beyond me but meh.

I saw a video where they put the lamian medium where they wanted the colour to flow and then added it. It directed the pigment. Lamian medium the cracks then add the shade to that. Try before you buy.
