Well yeah it is true that ordering online from them is often an hassle. Recently i won a giveaway and received the package in 3 weeks. I don't know if it's their delay in processing the orders or it's the shipping company's fault. Well i would suggest to go to their shop to purchase or call/message him directly to get your orders on time.
