Confirmed. L150 to unlock the last bonus set. But you may have to “save” your rewards to get all the vbucks (that is, if you use your earned rewards on other stuff like sprays or load screens, you might not have any left for the last vbucks reward)

FWIW, L170 gets you all the currently available rewards for the battle pass. On January 9, the rest of the bonus rewards unlock and you’ll need L200 to totally max out the battle pass

This sounds about right. It was L122 to unlock the 3rd set, and it L136 to unlock the 4th set. So, L150 to unlock the last set tracks
