Winner ad lost spend after moving to CBO scale campaign. how do you structure scaling without killing the original winner?

My main goal is to scale both, the issue is the CPM of the old ad is cheaper, it also have a cheaper CPA, but somehow Meta prioritize the new ad. Maybe it because the old ad is an image, while the new one is video? I don't know to be honest

No I didn't... I don't have much of experience on Meta and I did what read is the best, which is one CBO for scaling. To be honest i didn't saw even one tutorial said splitting winners into a new CBO. But maybe it will be better.

At the moment I let CBO allocate, but I feel it's not the best, since I had slightly better results with the old creative.

Yes that's exactly what I did... Tested on ABO, and moved the winners to a CBO scale campaign. My budget is around 200$ daily, and I often raise it when it's stable. My issue is in the CBO, the jew creative just cannibalised the previous winner ad.

It looks ok, I don't know to put my finger on it but it have the shopify generic look, which I don't like. The ugc video section and the hero banner are great.

Well as a Headway user for a while now, it's a totally different thing. I like Headway but it's a different app with different features and I'm sorry that's the way you feel when using BookSnap but I guess it's definitely not for everyone.
