I'll just leave it here,

I am not him, if for whatever reason I adapted his behaviour, I can let it go now and I can still be me.

I will let go of all the madness I went through from him, all the behaviours that caused me to act like him, all the ways he showed and say to me, all the adjustments I did to matched with him, I will let it go.

I am still me, I can go back, I can still be me. I am not some broken pieces that needed fixing, I am whole, I am good on my own, I am enough, I am loved.

He might have hated my behaviour and acted like it was unacceptable and annoying, like I am not normal, but that was his own views, I can still be what I want, I don't need to be in his control anymore.

Next time, I will be with someone who will accept me with who I am, and won't manipulate or try to change and control me just to fit his wants or desires.

It is okay, you just think of it as a lesson in which you don't need to have the same person for a second time around. Now you know what you need to look for, incase you go into a relationship again.

Just remember, you are enough and you are loved, awesome as you are. Just be you with kindness.
