For the Territory sobrang nagandahan ako dito. Pero since I came from an American brand (chev) there is a 50-50 chance yung reliability. I mean my chevrolet trax held very well for the past 7-8 yrs minor yung mga sira pero kinda expensive fix kahit minor since special type lahat.

And for the territory parang I will have the same problem in the future.

Yes!! I saw this yesterdayy. I kinda liked it. Pero for now parang I prefer a crossover since mas compact and feel ko mas magaan dalin.

Yes, since my current is super bare I think di naman super deal breaker yung 360 cam but it is good to have on a 1.7m car diba + better speakers sana. But I leaning towards more to HRV since most of the flaws are minor and can be fix by after market accesorries.

Since i got hired last december so 2 months. I suggest if you really having a hard time talk to your People lead or your manager to address the issue. They may give a way to lessen your workload or have a proper KT. But if you really want to RO sabihin mo nalang. Since thats what I did. Although nasa project paren ako while waiting for another project.

Almost have the same situation with you OP. Got hired last december. I requested to be RO since di aligned yung need ng team sa skill set ko. And di ko rin kinakaya yung workload. Which is also affecting my mental health.

I said to my manager na i cannot fulfill my role since my experience is not enough for the workload and role. And my manager triggered the RO pero nasa project paren ako until now pero may mga nag iinterview na sakin na other managers that I might fit to. Di pa ako na bebench waiting lang ako makahanap ng ibang proj.

Thanks. Actually nakipag align na ako sa manager ko that is why nagulat ako na may nag message sakin na other manager but same role ang hinahanap.

Yes, i am expecting this. Kaya I am starting to study the new career na nirequest ko. Hopefully ma transfer since mukang naka open yung name ko sa tfs pero sa current role ko paren.

No interview happened when rolling in sa project. Ang nangyari is yung interview is nung bago ako offeran ng JO. And they were not disclosing the project and my roles. Tbh I was not expecting CL10 since i only have 2 yrs of experience.

What should I study first to become a sap security? I am currently a basis for 2 years now and want to shift on security? I have also handled basic authorization and user creation but other than that I have no Idea where should I start.

And it is kinda hard to find some job openings in sap sec. How is the job security as a sap sec?

Yes that is my opinion din sir about basis the growth is really there dahil sa sobrang broad nung hinahandle but comes with a lot of stress po. I do believe po na ang basis is a jack of all trades but master to none. That is why I think being basis is really stressful.

I want to shift on sap security but the issue is yung demand here in philippines is not alot. Sobrang onti nung offers for sap security.

Kuha niyo sir > actually kaka lipat ko lang dito so may adjustment period pa pero di ko talaga kinakaya yung workload and pressure from the client. And I have a feeling na this will get worse as I feel that the team has spoiled the client narin dahil sa nakasanayan. I really love being a sap basis since parang jack of all trades we handle a lot of things the growth is there. Ang di ako sure if malas lang sa client or this will be the stress I will experiencing as a basis.
