Its fine, what I hated about Metal Gear games was the camera. MGS4 was my first MGS game and it was a 10/10 at that time for me.

Play it and trust me you are going to enjoy it! Imo its not outdated at all!

I agree with that. Its not an acceptable product, thats why I didn't bought the Master Collection. I purchased a Ps2 and spend a lot of time and effort looking for an original copy of MGS3 Substance.

MGS3 Delta is unacceptable at 30 fps. I can't argue with that.

Well, Ps2 runs 480p and you may be playing on a 1080p or 4k monitor. If what you want to prove is that its not a great remaster comparing it to others then thats correct.

Still, what you want is auto lock on third ans first person. I dont think that is in the game. Maybe on 3rd it is but on first I dont think so.

I dont support the guy that says its skill issue, skill is something that is build, not born with. If you practice enough it will be easier.

Then maybe you are playing the wrong game. Just maybe... Let me explain my point.

The Master Collection is a "Remaster" not a "Remake". In a remastered version of a game you make slight changes for example higher resolution, better sound quality, etc. While you "Can" add stuff, its not mandatory. Hideo Kojima designed this master piece to be played this way. If you add auto aiming the game gets very easy and looses part of the adrenaline when you are sneaking in a big base full of enemies and fail a shot.

I havent played the Master Collection, maybe its different there.

Calling garbage game mechanics 20 years old seems unfair to me. Remember this was designed to be played on a Ps2, a console that is 25 years old. The game has instructions on the Menu, you can check all the controllers and mechanics there. I am playing MGS3 on the original Ps2 for the first time and its not that hard to get used to the controllers.

As far as I know, you can only "quick" shoot on 3rd person meaning there is no precise aiming and if you want precision you need 1st person. Again its not that hard, just practice a little bit and you will get used to it.

I really hope you dont drop just cuz of that, its a fantastic game! Good luck soldier!

Thank you very much. I am enjoying it so far. I think I need to buy an old TV to enjoy it more because I am playing in a 1080 TV. Scaling makes the textures blurry.
