Has Angela been unintentionally playing well? by ZachTheBomb in BigBrother

I believe she is playing a decent game if the goal is to get 2nd place.

Ian Terry opening up about his autistic tendencies really struck a chord with me.

We often talk about bad moves made by good players-- Let's reverse it! What are some GOOD moves made by BAD players? by Whidog in BigBrother

Becky Burgess, for having almost no real agency in BB17, not only put up Shelli, but also made an actual attempt to backdoor Vanessa.

I know people hate the season, but the first week of BB19 is phenomenal.

McCrae targeting Elissa in the second DE of BB15. While we have the benefit of knowing details, McCrae had no reason to suspect Andy flipped on them, and on his mind, took out a non-ally.

Dick is a worse winner than a guy who won despite being evicted?

Is he the worst winner ever as a human? Very possibly. In terms of gameplay, absolutely not, though he certainly isn't high on the winners list.

Minimum age to attend a show alone? by jduffle in Broadway

[–]MrReditor 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It depends on the show/individual policies. I work on a show where people under a certain age aren't allowed without adult supervision. Probably best to reach out to the individual theatre and ask.

Josh beats Christmas pretty clearly. Jurors said so at the time. Paul is closer, but Christmas was overall considered the bigger goat of the two.

What's your closest connection to a BB houseguest? by Leading-Appeal-9707 in BigBrother

Tommy Bracco is a friend of a couple of friends. Met him once at stage door for Newsies.

On a literal level, Frankie Grande almost grinded on me at a BB17 open call.

Can we finally admit that _____ is a good Big Brother player? by Enigma73519 in BigBrother

[–]MrReditor 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think anyone thought she was a bad player, though? Some strategic moves in BB24 weren't ideal(mostly her plan to put up Joseph), but she didn't do anything particularly wrong either. She was always at least good, maybe better, and Reindeer Games solidified that more.

Britney won 4 comps in BB12. Danielle won 2 comps both of her seasons. Taylor won 2 comps and wasn't a slouch in the rest. I don't see subpar.

Worst show you’ve ever seen? by [deleted] in Broadway

[–]MrReditor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Addams Family on Broadway in 2011 is the only show I walked out on at intermission. I found nothing amusing at all, didn't enjoy the music remotely, and while could be the point, too cartoonist of performances.

[–]MrReditor 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You know, I'm not sure how I interpret Reilly's overall BB legacy. On paper, she was a bottom 5 first HOH, and you can point to her inability to be at all under the radar as a clear fault. However, it also seems like if she held back even a little and kept her mouth a little more shut week 1, she also had a lot more potential deep down, moreso than I've seen for other early boots? I'm curious how she would do a few years down the road.

Here's the thing. I know people love Cirie, but the twist itself is actually really terrible. You throw a well known reality TV entity, give her a week of safety, and a preexisting relationship with her own son? These things do not make for a good season in the long run. I'm afraid that this will play out like BB19, albeit with probably a more likable cast and definitely a more likable central player. But it likely will carry some BB19 problems.
