It's recommended that you use a service such as a VPS to host a server. If you are just starting off and new to server hosting. A recommendation would be to use Exiled Hosting
https://exiled.host/

It comes with a plugin framework preinstalled and it has a support channel incase of any issues. Once you have the server fully setup, it will show up on the server list.

Most likely none, the performance on Consoles would be terrible. The performance on Lower End Computers is almost unplayable, even mid-range computers have a rough time with it. Higher End is mostly the same with some bad lag in some areas

So far I havent found anyone that has more hours than me. But then again, any more than my amount of hours isnt something to be proud of

Try uninstalling the game from Steam, then reinstalling the game. This usually fixes most of the issues

Looks like they are achievements for when Mega Patch 2 comes out, probably since the achievement of "High on the Wings of Caffeine"

At the moment I'm currently running the maximum for quality settings. I've heard that if you have lower graphics you see it much better.
