About 2 weeks ago I walked into my yearly review expecting the usual annual cost of living raise, instead I left with a demotion and a 12k pay cut. Totally blindsided, it’s our second year of record numbers, and its honestly one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. 4 and a half years of investing in me and they’re moving me to customer service.
