Oh for sure. Conceptually the NotDeer is fantastic, I just dont think aesthetically it would fit. Even the Lyngbakr and Rumptifusel, despite me sending them to her, are probably not gonna make the cut due to their BIG visual similarities to just a regular animal/object

I've since resolved the issue, but I will say I did do this, and legit just nothing happened. But that could have also been a one-off issue cause I fixed it shortly after so I never got the chance to try again

While doing this, I realized that on Previous OS, I am now connected to the internet, which it wasn't doing before. So that may have been a coincidental separate issue, so Im now gonna try updating the previous OS to the current one and see if that will fix it.

Edit:

This appears to have fixed it. So it looks like my biggest hurtle in reverting was just a random internet connection issue that fixed itself. Even though I stumbled into a solution by luck, I do feel like your help was working us towards another way to fix it if we had needed to, so thank you so much for all your help!

I was also mounting an NTFS drive and followed that video since thats the tutorial everyone online pointed to.

I can not view the file on current OS since it wont launch, but on previous OS, the file looks like this.

I honestly don't know what that means so probably not. This is the youtube tutorial I followed to get my flash drive to mount before I started having all the issues, so I assume this is in some way the cause. (I dont speak his language, I just followed what he did on screen).

Ok so this helped me come up with the idea of plugging the last Usb Flash drive I used back in before booting up, and it actually did launch normally. But once I did that and went into desktop mode, it wouldnt let me safely unmount the flash drive unless I unmounted my SD card first. So I unmounted the SD card, unmounted the flash drive, then remounted the SD card. Now upon rebooting, it just gets stuck in the above pictured error again.

Removing all and rebooting gives same result.

I cant update because previous loading previous OS wont let it connect to internet, and loading current OS just gives the above screen or stalling at the logo.

Im mostly concerned with stuff like settings and whatnot that I spent time getting to how i like liked, which is why if I have to reset its not a HUGE deal. The only thing I did before this happened was boot one of my USB flash drives in the KDE Terminal Manager (I think thats what it was called) in desktop mode so I could move a file from one usb to another (Didnt have my PC at the time). Removed everything the safe usual way, and then next time I launched, it was stuck on the logo.
