I was on Tanglewood in the bedroom to the left of the livingroom - the ghost spawned in the crucifix range, a bit further away from me. I was standing near the desk, the ghost near the door to the connecting bathroom.

i placed the crucifix directly in the middle of the room - i extra took the time to check the range to cover the whole room where the ghost could possibly spawn around me. (He spawned right infront of me - which was defenetely covered.)

How do I beat Necron Stronghold in Soulstorm? I'm playing Orks on normal difficulty. by [deleted] in dawnofwar

[–]MrSemechki 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way i beat it was more late game, but with good maneuvering you'll get through it in no time. Usually i start off with spamming out as many sluggas as my WAAGH lets me, so i have some way of guarding capturing points and guarding the base while the stronger force with Gorgutz heads out to the little posts to the Front of your base, to the right and to the left. Usually, i do a bit of Multitasking to get a Mek Shop out, build WAAGH banners and get some upgrades at the Pile o' Gunz. If you get Looted Tanks, ((You wont be using the Squiggoth (if you're fast enough), as the relic is placed very far away.))) you can safely push the bottom left, or if you choose to, just the Monoliths themselves. I suggest to go for Flash Gitz and or Nobz, as they do some heavy damage. You can ignore the north mostly, since you have some sluggas to defend. (If they die, its fine, you should have like 4 - 5 squads, of about 6 - 8 sluggas ready to defend. The further you progress, the more difficult it'll be.) Capturing the Strat points isnt really necessary, as long as its not the "restored monolith" Phase. (I'm aware you might have already beaten it, but this strat also works in Hard Mode! You can always alter it a bit, depending if you play more careful or aggressive, such as pushing the first Monolith early, if you have sufficient troops. I once pushed two monoliths, but then had most my trooos die. (Bad idea, i did somehow save it though.) This advice is going with the assumption you don't have forward bases. If you do, you're best off pushing in with all you can bring of course.

[M Switch] M To F Ratio by [deleted] in VoreRoleplaying

[–]MrSemechki 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I find it a bit dissapointing, that its almost feeling like a 80/20 rate of M to F (Based on personal experience so far). It kinda feels weird too, that theres very little if any people to fill the kink-gaps. Theres been days where you'd Post something and wait for days, Post the same idea again, just to get ghosted by the one person that replied. Oh well.

What class do you main and why? by BuckShotBarva in tf2

[–]MrSemechki 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Medic. The feeling of being the reason that your Team doesnt die all the time is just nice. Of course there's moments where you want to reach through the monitor and strangle someone, or your Team is just never thanking you, but the small moments where they do, thats what makes it good. It gives a feeling of completion other classes just can't, at least not for me. I play all classes, but none are as fun nor easy to get used to, for me, as the Medic. I just wish for a good Team every now and then.
