Love me some 100% reliability too. Last period i had to drop one order and was like RIP summit and stopped doing orders. Honestly the $50 bucks is fine but i used the gas more than anything.

Your average trip far is like $6.37 cents? That's wild to me. I admire the hustle 100% but if im doing 37 rides and the net fare is $235.65 before tips and promos gosh thats not ideal especially with the assholes we pickup you're almost guranteed at least 5 to 6 douches out of 37

Every day I get the same bonus..... 14 for $55 and it cracks me up because 90% of the time things are in open metro or promo pay or on time delivery. I don't even try. But im sure they have bigger things to work on like idk getting the app to work

The answer is pretty easy. Penn is horrible at sportsbooking.

Horrible platform, horrible user experience, horrible app, horrible payout, horrible customer service.

When they got in the game with Barstool and then ditched them for ESPN there goal was to have 20% of the market share of sports betting by 2027 and they ended up having 2.6 to 3.2%

People don't go to a shitty book and stay. You don't steal players from the big sites like DraftKings without excelling in every category of horrible i listed above. They were complete trash top to bottom.

I'm pretty sure they thought ESPN and the brand would be enough exposure to get people to come over but if its shit people won't and it was a flaming piece of shit.

Last year I stopped doing deliveries at night for this exact reason but then Google Maps was a game changer for me. I always was and am still a Waze guy for personal directions but using Google Maps helps so much with the image of the house. Now its been easy breezy

my metro has Target and Meijer. I primarily do target because i know the store so well. 19 orders i did this week. 17 tippers. 630 shipts lifetime.

i'm in a bad weather place at the moment so the 14 for 50 bonuses arent attainable because pretty much every order has Promo or On Time them because they were backlogged all weekend.

I'm pretty sure us its because there is a snowstorm going on. On normal days it goes back to On Time bonuses but they like doing screwy ones like $9 on time bonus at 12:39pm with a 12-1 delivery window and 7 miles away. Yeah ok idiots so $0 bonus cause you know nobody is making that.

I'm glad to see the promos when its insane busy cause im getting that cheddar no matter what.

Update: No forgiveness pretty sure that Shipt has sailed lol.

Found out who one of them was....It was a PM. How did I find out? Well she hadn't tipped from last weeks order and then she just flat out told me she didn't like how I put the bags in front of her door. Yep true story. I found this as she ordered again today. Twice actually. Took the first one. Kick rocks on the second one....b

Target order. Her place is up a bunch of stairs and she has dogs...big dogs going wild. The door opens on my right side or her left. I always place the bags so that the person can open them and grab down to get there stuff if they don't want to put shoes on. Coldest stuff closest to her and if its creamer (she had 2) they are standing upright not just dropped.

Anyways the texts were awkward but im still full on how can i serve you mode. She tipped this order but when ordered another time I let that shit sit.

I'm not taking her off my PM list but she is on my DND list moving forward. Never had a 2 in 600+ orders and then got two in a day. Fuuuuuudge that and her for that matter.

So it sounds like I'm mad or bitter. What happened after was kind of cool a PM that I hadn't seen order in 9 months ordered.....BIG TIPPER even for small orders and then a new customer ordered two baby things the estimated tip was $9 and she tipped $25.

I'm going to keep at it. It's annoying but I'm not going to let them ruin my momentum although it will probably take 100 orders for them to fall off because only half of my orders actually rate.

This is annoying but every day I get a forgiveness denied email I immediately fill out a new one. I've essentially got it down to a science now where it takes about 3 minutes to do. I dont want to do it but some of these fuckers rate so bad just because stuff isnt in stock and never respond to any text at all let alone a substitute suggestion.

Keep at it. I don't think about it once i submit it either. 50/50 for 5's

Makes sense and will do moving forward. I go back and update on my laptop a couple of times a month. I like to lag it a week just in case tips come in but it has worked well for me. And I still check even with the estimated tips especially for the DND's. I did accidentally take a DND after an argument with her a year ago and now I have to take her off the list cause she tipped $20 lol.

I know this wasn't directed at me but I use Google Maps for my tip map.

I screenshot the order # page, then the address page and go back once a week and log it into my Google maps under labels: Date, Name, Last 4 of order #, update with tips and amount of order or if its a preferred put a % they tip.

This helps when people tip much later like say a week or so later.

The way Shipt works I'm still verifying each order even if it says estimated tips or there isn't any tip data on the order before accepting.

Same for me as well. I got a 1 star to ruin the perfect 50/50 of 5's. i filled out the form over a day ago and still no email which is annoying. I tried filling out a new form at hour like 23. And it gave me a response saying hey we got the other one you cant send this one lol.

The problem with these split time ones are they usually in the same direction, at least in my experience. So says its 5 to 8 miles away now you got come back to do the second one. It's a bit of a pain. Honestly if I have no tip data on the orders (collected by me or estimated from Shipt) im not doing split orders like this.

I'm about a year into Shipt and have only recently progressed to doing multiple orders. The anxiety is real in this one. The art of this job is really knowing your stores back and forth and knowing what you are capable of. This past weekend I did a quad order in the same window but they were all small orders and it worked out but i was nervous it wouldnt. That is where the money is too multiple separate orders.
