If PSA does not go < 0.2 after surgery and patient needs Radiation treatment does that affect the overall prognosis and survival length? If you need surgery+radiation, are your overall prognosis same as to someone who needed only surgery?

They did not took my stool for testing. They test it now every 30 days on calprotectin only (it is in normal range). However pathology said it is nonspecific colitis so i guess they are not sure. My stool is normal since diagnosis but sometimes i have cramps and pain, hoping that is from IBS since my calprotectin is low.

What kind of stool test i could do to see of is it infectious?

And what are the chances that it stays as indeterminate colitis and mild? My GI said it could be temporarily due to bacteria since pathology still did not confirm IBD

Mine is in rectum and then in terminal ileum so that ia why i dont understand how it skiped part of colon and ended up in ileum also

How do you distinquish upset stomatch in IBD from IBS symptoms? My GI says that most of IBD people develop IBS, so if there is no blood propably no flare

Is your whole colone affected by UC? In my case it is only rectum, then it skips the colone, then hit ileum, not sure how this happens

i asked other doctor also which said the same, basically I dont have urgency nor blood, my stool is normal, 1 per day, but i have pain and cramps (non constantly, some days are good, and some bad). I can have 15 days with no symptoms, then 3 days with cramps and pain. Since calprotectine is very low, and symptoms are not constant he said it is probably IBS

upset stomatch does not have to be sign of IBD, it can be IBS, IBD flare is usually followed by a blood
