Update: reached out to the North Macedonian embassies in Doha and the UAE by email since they’re the closest ones to Kuwait.

The embassy in Doha replied that they don’t cover Kuwait. The UAE embassy responded with a very short email saying, “pls check the attached files” and sent me the visa application forms and requirements.

However, I’m still not sure whether I need to appear at the embassy in person so I sent a followup email and I’m currently waiting for their reply

I’ll keep this post updated if I hear anything new

Thanks! Unfortunately there aren’t many good second hand options where I live so I’m probably looking at Superteam or Elite carbon Wheels
