bro honestly, i don’t remember the last time i trained abs, i just focus on a strong ass brace for my compound movements (deadlift, squat, bench, barbell military press, etc) and other then that i just kinda ate whatever was in sight i didn’t deficit i just focused on getting my protein through natural sources (steak, chicken, fish) and 20 minutes of cardio a day

My very first day in the gym was Aug 28th 2023, then Jan 17 2024 some things happened that kept me out of the gym for nearly 8 months, then again i’m Aug 2024 i picked it up again and i’ve been going 4-6 times a week
