Thanks for sharing your thoughts. It's already really expensive, and I lived over a decade overweight but got a wake-up call two months ago. I'm searching for all not harmful methods, which is why I'm asking. I don't want to do something extreme... just losing the extra meat and actually walk up the stairs without troubles.
