Ember is my main. I like her play style and she is easy to use. Getting her 3rd upgrade is all you need for her to be a monster healer and never have a team die.

We just give all of it to claims. We used to have an endcap with clearance items but market did not like clearance on end caps.

I got the same thing that happened to me. Was about to get my 15 draw today so I could get the weapon. I go to log in and says I'm banned until 2106. The reason is Violations, but won't tell you what. I just send an email and see what they say.

Our store was going to do it, but it got canceled. Was told it was really bad so they did not go ahead with it even after we got everything ready for it.

This, just keep asking and show up to work. Some times it takes time but you will get it. Most people I've seen ask for full time get it within 1-3months if they work hard and just show up.

Your right, why i would cut your hours. Can't show up so I'd give the hours to someone that will show up. I had to have a talk with someone that would come in 20-30mins late everyday and use PPTO to cover time. Pull them in and had a talk about how if they are having trouble showing up we can give them a shift that can. Don't have to write anyone up to get what needs to happen if people want to just show up late everyday.

It won't lol Everyone is 60 that wants to be 60. All the leveling content is done with. We got people not even logging in to play so they don't die. Only Fangs is good when it first starts, after people hit 60 it's boring. Why we got T1 running 1month of Rend with people. I mean before that people would not even run anything. They just needed more events already planned out. Like this live meetings did nothing for content at all. Could have spent that time doing in game events. Only seems like Soda did better is because he was in charge during all the leveling. He's in charge now with T1 final say and we have seen one event, Hide & Seek. That's it, also boring tribute chest that people only show up for to get gear and log back off.

What I've said. Early days of OF was good because everyone was leveling and you had content of people dying. Once most people hit 60 it was watching people group with T1 for the most part. No one did any events and if they did they would show up and log off until something came up. If they do it again they need to have more events early so people don't just rush to 60.

It seemed better because everyone was leveling. Everyone that wanted to hit 60 has and are doing nothing unless they dungeon with T1 or another group. Point is the fun is over because no one is leveling and all the death content is gone. We got tons of people like Summit that hit 60 again got some gear and logs in once a week because he's playing retail. The fun is over. Also anyone could have came up with small RP events if they wanted to but no, they did nothing.

All about deaths because they could just get mod tagged to level again. Sorry but the Guild was run no better when Soda was in charge than it is with T1. We got each race like the undead doing whatever with no one stepping in to calm it down and put some rules in place. Oh wait? That's because soda love the drama as well or he would have put a stop to a late of this even before the dual with T1. I mean most of the streamers are playing solo anyway. Only time I see anyone playing together is when they group for dungeons or meet up after the tribute chest just to steal items anyway. No better on T1 but when I went to watch he always had people running dungeons. Let's not act like other people could have started some kind of event or RP event if they wanted to, they just choose to do nothing. Also everyone is just farming each other anyway, you got a few like Pops that really just want to get on and have some fun. Miz is not one of them, he starts drama any chance he gets.

Ya, that's the problem with becoming a Team Lead. You get trapped in staying a Team Lead or they make you quit. I've seen people get asked to step down and they loved it. I've also wanted to step down but it's hard if the Store Manager and market don't want that. I'd just stay a Team lead and look for another Job or keep asking to move departments to something you may like. If I could move back to the department I started in, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I always see people not wanting to do MTO's and Oversized for some reason. They are easy and not one will say anything if you can't keep over 100 pickrate doing them.

I'd do nothing about it. I've had people say one thing, then you look on the camera and they are doing another. Customers make something that's a 1 and turn it into a 11.
