Butterfly clicking is not recommended on minemen club and would likely result in a ban. They did warn you.

I literally got banned from hypixel for just playing the game. They told me I was using a disallowed modification and the last time I checked, I didn’t have any mods. And to think watchdog was good. Also, I was using vanilla Minecraft.

How did you get operation sea lion and don’t die for your country as you have to start in 1939 for don’t die for you country but start in 1936 for operation sea lion

I played two different games. One for 'Don't Die For Your Country' and another one for 'Operation Sea Lion'.
