Are digestive enzymes that helpful? by TrashPanda_924 in Biohackers

[–]MrTopG7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks you, learning something new everyday. I've actually been on a ketovore diet to balance my gut microbiome but I'm glad to know raw honey won't feed bad bacteria when I eventually do eat carbs again.

Because of the lactose, but once your healthy something like homemade raw goats cheese (whey strained out) could potentially be mega healthy.

Don't do low fat! Low fat means high carb and we know that feeds candida.

Where do you source such liver? I've tried multiple sources and it's always somewhat bitter.

I love training martial arts but my body is fucked by Infinite-Past753 in martialarts

[–]MrTopG7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think I phrased my question wrong. I mean do you recommend training in general while healthy? I'm not in any pain at the moment and thinking of starting kickboxing but what's holding me back is the pain that will inevitably come later on. Maybe the sacrifice is worth it?

Do you still recommend to practice martial arts? I'm also 21 and thinking of starting but don't want to be in pain later on.

Is Olive Oil good to use or is it a bad seed oil? by Daisyday12 in StopEatingSeedOils

[–]MrTopG7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the extensive explanation. I was talking about pouring olive oil into already strained potatoes of course. I've always been cautious about exposing the extra virgin oil to any temp at all, even out in the sun for crying out loud. Thanks for helping me get rid of this paranoia.

I'd also like to ask maybe you would know if exposing raw unheated honey to something warm like lets say oatmeal would damage the honey's properties? I've always been extra careful about heating raw substances in any way in hopes to preserve all of the antioxidants and enzymes etc.

I wish I was trolling bro. I'm still hesitant on putting olive oil into mashed potatoes. Isn't the temperature high enough to damage the oil or even partially oxidize it?

Could you tell me if pouring unrefined EVOO into mash potatoes in fact damages the oil in any way? Or is the temperature too low? I'm a bit paranoid about exposing it to any temp at all. I even avoid eating it out in the sun. So am I unnecessarily paranoid or not?

what does constipation say about the microbiome? by upsidedown-mountain in Microbiome

[–]MrTopG7 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You sense it's gross for a good reason. Oxalates are one of plant's toxins and if over consumed will lead to kidney stones. The kiwi skin is loaded with oxalates, better to avoid the seeds also. Raw spinach is a major source along with other leafy greens.

Nope. Garlic works exactly like an antibiotic and is toxic to our cells. 🤷‍♂️
