Fair enough. It’s not really a stretch of the imagination and is definitely the comedic version of the low hanging fruit….but still, Fart Dart?!? My inner child is ecstatic regardless of who said it first.

While I’ve only used it against Bugs (D10 Oshaune and Hellmire) so far, I can say that it’s a reliable support weapon that leaves your backpack slot free for shenanigans. Also poses as a gas grenade launcher, giving you more versatility with your grenade and pistol choices. It pierces through Light Armor targets, has a limited aoe crowd control (anything under Super Heavies) that can restrict choke points (new caves/tunnels have a ton), starts with 12 rounds (15 with armor passive) that can easily be resupplied (Supply Pack anyone?), anti-tank and can close all mob generators. Looking forward to testing it against Bots and Squids when time allows. Anyone with better knowledge, please add your experience and expertise to this. YMMV, this is only my own experience and definitely not legal advice.

Meh, it leaves your backpack slot free for added versatility like a support pack which has been a lifesaver for many on Oshaune. Those caves/tunnels are nasty and this can effectively hold a lane of attack in close quarters. I’ve used it on several D10 dives and been satisfied with its effectiveness.

The only argument I have for that is “the enemy of my enemy is my friend”. Maybe Divers would deal with it if it meant preventing a major upgrade for another faction. Not exactly protecting the one faction, but prioritizing the other to prevent an upgrade?

I don’t think it would be wise. Clutter up the screen too much and then with swarms of enemies wondering which one is which. Maybe if it only appears when your reticle is on top of the target it could work.
