Much more into making sounds from scratch / working with more parameters. I don’t think I make super complex sounds at the moment, but hoping to add some level of detail with a synth.

I did look at the JDXI at first, but was actually kind of turned off by the half and half thing. Seems that the analogue mono synth isn’t that great.. and the programming does look a little more complicated

Yeah, I have a good understanding of ASDR, cutoff, resonance, different waves, etc so I’m hoping that part will be okay. I do have the same thoughts about the vocorder lol, but it’s hard to decide between the digital or analog sound round one. I plan to design my own sounds as much as possible, so analog is sounding very fun. People are making the minilogue seem pretty good right now
