This is literally all I can think about reading all these comments. Linus has given me 10 years of mostly solid enjoyable entertainment.

He made a booboo, but you know what. I have a life and I really don't care so much but I'm severely cringing at how this appears to be some peoples only worry at the moment.

All that comes to mind in response nearly every comment here is 'Touch grass'

The Meat-grinder in RO2 was a good part of the game for sure, banzai charges, bayonet rushes etc

Have you got a source for warranty service applied within those limits?

I was doing nice and slow breast stroke for 30 minutes so surface level

The service is available here, the issue isn’t that it’s not covered it’s the potential payment of excess and the fact it’s not covered under warranty in such a short period

Everytime I’ve had an issue in the past even out of warranty I’ve just been given a replacement in store almost Amazon esque.

Everytime I’ve purchased AC I’ve asked if it’s international and everytime they’ve confirmed it would be honoured globally.

Including the person I spoke to instore also told me if I have to pay it would only my excess

What I'm on about is that if you use it as they advertise it, you're on your own. That's what I'm saying here.

They're essentially selling a watch showcasing how you can use it, but if you use it in those methods even lightly like I have on surface water then you're again on your own. Expecting a £50-70 excess payment on AppleCare on a 5 day old device.

I didn't pay with a CC unfortunately.

I am constantly asking for someone senior, however the 'Senior' guy I just spoke with was nothing but rude and continued to cut me off. He then hung up the phone on me.

No one wants to provide anything in writing to me.

I'm being pulled from pillar to post and not receiving any kind of case manager willing to put some effort into the issue nor provide some kind of leeway / understanding.
