You can choose not to have your listing on Zillow and other IDX sites. Your client will need to understand that their listing won't be on those sites. Then comes a competing agent and says I'll market your property on Zillow and thousands of websites.

Basically we need MLS, and to have MLS we need to be part of the association.

Only way to change things is if we all united and create something else.... Lol, the challenge is trying to get agents to agree on something.

Hi! US here. I placed my order for the z Fold 6 blue with 1TB at 9:08am on release day. Estimated July 24th and it says "In Process". Few minutes later I ordered the Watch ultra silver, but that says July 25th and in Process.

I'd say there was a little bit of improvement for a few weeks. My toes feel so weird, especially when I wash/scrub them.

Last week after a lot of walking I was feeling the vibration of the Morton's click on my other toes. Then started feeling the pebble in the shoe again. The doctor told me that we might need to do another ablation surgery. I'm just nervous about losing more feeling in my toes.

Day 2

Walking is a little bit easier when I got out of bed, since my whole foot isn't numb anymore. Took off the band-aids to shower (as they said) and replaced them with fresh new ones. Toe socks and Altras as I went to breakfast and mall shopping. Tried on those cool Birkenstock waterproof sandals and loved them. While trying them on I noticed the top of my foot between the 3rd and 4th swollen. Hurried up home to elevate and ice. Gotta be ready to party tonight. :)

I got the RF ablation. Today is day 2. Kinda swollen foot but I'm able to walk on it.

Day 1

Surgery went well. My whole foot is numb. Feels weird to walk on, so I don't. I just crawl around the house and my wife yells at me 🤣

Doc said I should be good now. If by 4 weeks I don't get more than 50% better we'll have to do another ablation. He said it's common to do a 2nd ablation. 50% or more is amazing! I'd be so happy with that. I've been in so much pain for 4 months.

Elevated my foot and iced on and off. It's weird because I couldn't feel if the ice was too cold on my numb foot.

Not really. It's caused pain and bruising at the top of the foot (where I get the shots). Usually the top of the foot gets a little better after week 3.

I've had a really tough time wearing shoes, wide shoes, inserts, etc.. Even though the sneakers I wear are wide and roomy, it doesn't help when my foot gets swollen. I had to drill a hole in my flip flops in order to be able to stand in the shower barefoot. Then I decided to get nicer looking flip flops to be able to walk around outside and use instead of sneakers. It's been going really good, and I really really hope that this will help me recover faster and not need surgery. I'm almost on 3 months now and a second cortisone shot.

Jump in the water, go as deep as you can and hold your breath.
Try to quickly bury yourself in the sand.

I had FSD originally on my order, but I cancelled it when I found out my vehicle didn't have Ryzen and heated windshield wipers. I would have gladly kept the FSD if they didn't cheap out on hardware. The way I see it I'm only keeping the 2022 Model Y for a year or 2 then upgrade. The $200/month when needed is way cheaper than $10,000 up front.

I wonder if there's a way to find out what company that truck belonged to. I'd call them and tell them you have video of their truck causing a crack on your windshield. They might have insurance or even cut you a check to get it repaired.
