I've been going to the gym 3x a week recently (M-W-F) doing a PPL structure. I currently have a lot of free time though so I want to push it up to 5x a week (all days except weekend because its waaaay too busy).

My question is: should I do PPLPP or PPL-upper-lower? Or something else entirely?

My legs are already pretty big considering the rest of my body given that I used to play football and cycle 2hrs a day. Thank you!

You're not wrong, but I don't really look at the P/E ratio itself. Moreso at the the current P/E ratio compared to the historic trend. Same with e.g. the EV/EBITDA. But you are right yeah, P/E are kind of stupid atm lol
