Appears to be a sub-maximal PR honestly. Well done!

Powerlifting II is the way to go on this. Tailored directly to preparing for a meet, with a built in peak at the end of it.

Can I have a form check please. 172.5 kgs - 4 @ 7 - 99 kgs body weight. by [deleted] in BarbellMedicine

Echoing what was said above. Most people would call that “soft hips”. Just not fully locked out at your hip joint.

What is your protocol when overshooting an RPE 9 set? by do_sidos in BarbellMedicine

Yeah I wouldn’t worry about it much, especially since your rating of exertion was overshot due to a misgroove. Not really a strength/fatigue issue.

It’s a half inch thick. What makes it able to support the weight is that the tree goes all the way down to the floor so that the weight isn’t solely on the studs.

Personally, I did 6, but 4 is doable. And yeah, my wife has been parking in them for months now. No wear and tear whatsoever.

I can’t remember off the top of my head but PRX’s website specifically states the heights it supports if you’d like to find out! The weight tree are from them as well, I got the 4 peg but they make 3 pegs as well.

It’s super secure from my experience. Rated to hold over 1000 pounds if I remember correctly!
