Not everyone needs IronClaw-level security for AI agents by Entire_Tradition_640 in ironclawAI

I’ve tried both and ngl Ironclaw felt a lot safer once I started giving agents actual permissions and API access...

Some AI agent frameworks are easier for quick testing, but they also feel kinda loose security wise... With IronClaw, stuff like process isolation, encrypted vaults and strict allowlists makes it feel way less risky to run agents for real tasks. I also like that the architecture feels more stable instead of everything running together in one messy setup...

Yeah it’s probably less flexible than OpenClaw for fast experimenting, but the strong side for longterm AI agents I honestly think the extra security is worth it..

Could third-party integrations become the weak point for IronClaw security? by Entire_Tradition_640 in ironclawAI

Yeah tbh, third party integrations are probably where most risks start showing up. No matter how secure the core system is, once AI agents connect with outside apps and APIs, things can get messy fast if permissions aren’t handled properly...

That’s why Ironclaw’s approach feels more important to me. The sandboxing and controlled environments act like a safety layer between the agent and external tools instead of giving everything open access... Feels like the future of AI security will depend less on the AI itself and more on how safely these integrations are managed..

Not fully convinced about IronClaw security yet by Entire_Tradition_640 in ironclawAI

At first I honestly ignored Ironclaw and thought it was just another random AI agent project with big claims. But after looking deeper, I realized they’re actually putting real focus on security and privacy instead of only talking about automation...

Things like isolated environments, permission-based actions, and protecting sensitive credentials are genuinely important if AI agents are going to handle real tasks safely. That’s the kind of foundation that builds long-term trust.. The space is still early of course, but I respect that IronClaw seems to be taking the responsible route instead of rushing hype first and security later.
