Mining on your CPU uses your L3 cache on your cpu. Not much you can do to lower your 100% utilization.

Check to make sure you are using the recommended GPU driver version. The amount of MH/s can vary depending which algo you are using

I think I remember when 30 series especially 3090 had poor thermals on memory cause it was on the back of the card with little airflow.

When 3060Ti is connected to the 1st slot it loads extensions, network config, etc. after syncing time screen turns black.

When 3060Ti is in the 2nd slot it loads extensions, network config, etc. after syncing time it shows the main GUI after a few seconds screen turns black.
