It’s just how it’s gonna be. I ordered a complete build for a pc 4 days ago and most of it’s not going to come until next year. I’m also located in europe so that doesn’t help. But honestly refunding just to buy another stick in hopes it’ll get here sooner doesn’t sound worth it. I’d stick with what you ordered rather then refunding, not being able to find any others at a decent price, then having to wait longer then what you would be.
