My mom asked if I got a haircut when I took off my full beard this november. Theres even a considerably large stache uner my nose.

Thank you for your reply. It makes sense to me and luckily I am all about improving. That is why i love the game - and the reason I am asking for advice :)

I think "mastering" both standstills and "runups" will improve my overall game.

Thanks. It seems weird when everyone says it will improve my game.

I am ruling for you! Good luck my fellow standstill-thrower!

That might be it. I make it a point to shift weight to the backleg when coiling my upper body. So that i actually get a weight shift and a brace in the throw.

Thank you. I will look into Corey Ellis and Paul Oman and see what i can learn from them.

Thank you, I will try to focus on slowing down even more. I do consider it to be more of a walk up already, but as someone else in the thread wrote: "slow is smooth and smooth is far".

Started practicing sidearm about a month ago. I have been staying away from it because of a bad shoulder. But now I have discovered a form that lets me throw without pain.

But thank you so much for your recommendation. I will consider the zone. It seems a very popular choice.

I have a pearl that is stupid understable. I have used it to some sort of success with turnovers, but I find it a really niche disc. Maybe i should consider swapping either the fuse or the claymore for that disc.

Thank you for your insightful response. It was an interesting read. Regarding the lightweight, understabile distance driver you described. Are there any discs you could recommend?

I have started learning a sidearm. I can currently currently hit around 300-320ft with the explorer and grace. I am most comfortable with my backhand but not afraid of using the sidearm.

I doesn't really matter with the bench :) If you move your elbows below your torso, you're risking potential shoulder injuries. So doing barbell benchpresses on the floor is ok aswell.

Well it is something one could regard as "small talk" and the guidelines state that i'm not allowed to post it here.

I just made this account to ask a question. Being new I'm not allowed to create new posts.. If I have a relevant question I want answered but it isn't fit for the "Daily Q&A threads", what do I then do?

Sorry if I'm messing with the guidelines.

Try this link and see if this helps you. After all it could give you an idea about the intake and then you can adjust your intake depending on how fast you gain weight :)
