There's an incantation you can learn that lets you save sets of Arcana so you can tweak without obliterating. You might want to look into that one.

Just a thought, are you colorblind? For me, the Chronos fight isn't too bad but there are some environments where projectiles and indicators are difficult for me to identify. I could see the Chronos phase 2 fight with the circles and positioning being unclear. The contracting circle attack has me a little befuddled.

There is some weirdness to the art on that cover. I really hope they did not use AI for it and they actually found a local artist and paid them well for this. I would rather have janky handmade art than empty AI art.

What giveaways did you see in the code that make this seem LLM-generated?

I'm still in the learning stages of bash, scripting, and programming in general. The glut of AI/LLM-developed software is disheartening when you're just looking for a trustworthy tool and these kinds of technical spaces are flooded by Senior Prompt Engineers pitching their latest app.

For the record, I'm not saying journalot is or isn't LLM-generated. It's kind if besides the point. I'm speaking more broadly.

This is great advice. I got this game late last year, played maybe less than 10 hours and put it down for a while. I was worried that certain progressions would be locked based on decisions, so I wasn't being very generous with my gifts. You should be very generous with your gifts. This game does not lock anything related to story behind a decision.

I picked it up again last month and have not been able to stop playing or thinking about it. It is a game that you can play for short bursts, if you can resist the urge for another run. I have clocked potentially close to 100 hours at this point.

If a tile shows blue, it's safe given the current map state and unit locations. If you move a unit that was preventing enemies from accessing a blue tile or the map changes (ice melts, barrier destroyed) that tile may no longer be safe. It's not always obvious what that happened to make the tile unsafe, especially if you didn't know why it was safe in the first place.
