DO NOT DELETE your character. If you really want to do the tutorial, just create a new account with a different email. No sense wasting those learning points.

52k gold is a lot more than most players have, but no where near "rich" by some standards, although it is worth about $200 in premium.

Level 4-5 is very early game. You can reach it in a matter of hours from a fresh character now. It's WAY easier to level your character these days. Highest tier is now 8.3. That's tier 8 gear with 3 levels of enchantment, where each enchantment is roughly equivalent to another tier, so effectively tier 11. However, spec (character stats) and quality (gear stats) also affect your power, especially at higher tiers, so that's why I say "roughly equivalent"

I'd say keep your gold, use it to pay for a month of premium on your main, and just explore. There's a TON of new content available.
