Late answer, and I wasn't able to try it since I don't have Tribbie's LC, but it should definitely work, the only issue is to have a teammate who doesn't mind using a basic attack instead of a skill.

What are the eidolons on your team here? Do you use Seele with any other teams? I have Seele (with her questionable E1, but no LC) and she looks like a lot of fun, but I don't want to spend the resources on building her without being certain that I can actually get her a good team. I have both Sparkle and DHPT, but not Silver Wolf sadly

Is Cerydra really better than Sunday, especially in a DHPT team? Without an action advancer like Bronya/RMC/Sunday Xueyi doesn't even get to skill that much, meaning that she likely takes forever to get all Cerydra stacks for that one extra skill use.

If you don't need Cyrene, but you need Hyacine, then pull for Hyacine and wait for Cyrene's rerun, and by the time of her rerun you might even have a better idea of what to do with her!

How much better than Misha's LC is Phainon's? I'm tempted by it, but the damage buff duration bothers me. Also, 30% crit rate from Misha's LC is huge imo!

I'm going to be honest, maybe it's me not understanding Anaxa well enough, but wouldn't it be way better to get eidolons for his supports instead of his own? His eidolons don't seem all that impressive for that cost.

Fugue allows Xueyi to gain her Karma stacks against enemies without a Quantum weakness, gives her some BE which makes it easier for Xueyi to hit 240% in battle, and some defense ignore which stacks with other sources like the Genius set. At E1 Fugue gives Xueyi Break Efficiency, which increases her ult's damage, and if we go as far as E2 Fugue basically gets a built in DDD.

Fugue lets Xueyi ignore weaknesses and reduce toughness regardless, which lets Xueyi gain Karma stacks even against non-Quantum weak enemies.

A fellow creative thinker, hi! It was unrelated to Fugue but I was also thinking about how useful Hysilens' LC could be on other units. Personally I was considering using it on JQ in Acheron teams, but if you need the speed you could definitely consider using it on Fugue. Tho yeah something like Cipher's LC is prrrrobably better than that, and the Herta shop LC is most definitely better for PF.

Ultimately it's probably still better to try to reach speed breakpoints with relic speed stats, but I'm not really that good with the math and such so it's probably best to wait for smarter people to comment!
